As researchers, scientists, senior/executive managers, and consultants, we have a wealth of experience that enables us to rapidly familiarise ourselves with new organisations. Our experience includes:

Organisational Strategy
We have extensive experience in developing, implementing, managing and monitoring projects in many areas. Key examples are:

>Engaging with regional health services to develop, evaluate and monitor research capacity building projects.
>Developing, implementing and monitoring organisational research strategies.
>Substantial review of alignment of HDR training with national reports/recommendations (e.g., ACOLA Review of Research Training).
>Assessment of institutional policy and practice compliance with national standards in integrity and ethics.
>Assessment of course compliance with AQF specifications.
>Assessment of performance against TEQSA Higher Education Standards (Threshold Standards).
>Co-ordinating campus-wide infrastructure usage and implementing recommendations about space allocation, refurbishment/repurposing, and decontamination/decommissioning of specialist facilities (e.g., laboratories).
